Profiles: Scholl Farms

asparagus

Scholl Farms grows asparagus among a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.

Scholl Farms is a family operation in the White Lake area, producing a wide variety of fruits and vegetables including pumpkins, sweet corn, asparagus (at one time, up to 100 acres of asparagus was grown on the farm), peaches, apples, and blueberries. Much o is available for U-pick to the public. In previous years, the farm grew peas sent to the Gerber Baby Food operation in Fremont.
